The product trio NICO, MARIAN and MARIUS celebrates a staging of the mirror in three acts: The three models always combine a pure, unlit crystal mirror surface with atmospheric, indirect ambient lighting that bathes the room in a soft light. Polished, shimmering edges and the rectangular shape subtly emphasise the timeless, contemporary character of the mirrors, which seem to float above the wall on the illuminated sides.
Depending on the bathroom geometry, the different variants come into play:
MARIAN offers double-sided lighting over its entire height, which, diffused by special diffuser profiles, accentuates the vertical lines and unfolds a decidedly decorative effect.
There are various options for the lighting equipment: The standard equipment is a configuration with a fixed colour temperature – there is a choice of LED strips with warm white 3,000 Kelvin or 4,000 Kelvin, similar to daylight. Alternatively, LED technology with a colour-changing band (2,700 to 6,500 Kelvin) can be installed, with the advantage of being able to adjust the brightness and colour light mood to personal preferences at any time. The third option is an RGB-CCT system, which opens up further creative possibilities for atmospheric lighting with the selection of any light colour from the RGB colour spectrum, white light and dimming levels.
Depending on the selected lighting technology, a range of control options are available: from the external room light switch, to elegant “TOUCH-DIMM” buttons, smart “NO-TOUCH” gesture control and the dedicated “PUCK” wireless remote control.
The narrow housing with the discreetly indented flanks accommodates a lot more optional equipment on request, such as a mirror heating system to prevent fogging or a Bluetooth sound system. At MARIAN, it is also possible to individualise the standard crystal mirror glass with lightly tinted colour mirrors, or to create stylish space for important care accessories with an illuminated glass shelf.
The overall construction can be very large with dimensions of up to 2,400 x 1,200 mm ; especially with this model, a top-mounted installation can be realized, in which an extended mirror surface sits directly on the washbasin or bathroom furniture.
